Unarmed self defense techniques without the proper mind-set to employ them are simply "Useless". Don't waste your time with self defense courses that give you a false sense of security. This course cuts to the chase of unarmed self defense and focuses on the quickest, most effective means of stopping an attack made upon you!
This course is for the serious student only and highly recommended for Law Enforcement Officers, SWAT, Military Personnel, Security Officers, Special Operation Units, SRT Units, SERT Teams, DEA, Private Detectives and Civilians.
Taught by former U.S. Army Chief Combatives Instructor, Combat Veteran and 10th Degree Red Belt Grandmaster Leonard Holifield, Soke "This is not a Martial Arts Class" or your Average Self Defense Class.

No-Nonsense Training
This is a no-nonsense classroom and practical hands-on advanced study of what really works and what doesn't work in an aggressive physical confrontation based on scientific research, medical analysis and real-world physical confrontations and battlefield applications. This course focuses on the immediate destruction of the human body ie: Skeletal System, Central Nervous System, Circulatory System, and Respiratory System.
